Builder / Deep Cleans
MCS - Milton Keynes Ltd has a vast amount of experience at builders and sparkle cleans at new and refitted shops, offices and industrial units.
We offer 2 ways to quote and charge. We can either quote as per job or we offer a per hour rate.
- Our normal hourly rate is £14 per hour per person
- Minimum charge of £50
- Charge includes cleaning materials and machinery
- Travelling to and from job charged at £10 per hour
- Saturday and after 10pm Monday to Friday is time and half
- Sunday is double time
