End of Tenancy Cleaning

Our standard end of tenancy clean covers the following items and all cleaning products are supplied by MCS:

• Remove all cob-web’s from ceilings and light fittings.
• Cleaning of all skirting boards.
• Cleaning of all internal doors, frames & polishing of door handles.
• Kitchen appliance clean inside & out. (Please note: oven will just be wiped throughout – if a full professional oven clean is required this is a separate service we offer at an additional charge)
• Kitchen cupboards cleaned inside and out.
• Full de-grease of kitchen.
• Hoover & mop (where applicable) throughout.
• Full bathroom clean including limescale and mould removal (where possible).
• Wipe down of internal radiators.
• General dusting of all window sills, ledges etc.
• Clean & polish of all light switches & plug sockets.
• Internal windows cleaned.

Also - with our end of tenancy cleans, we are happy to offer carpet cleaning at a discounted price. Please enquire for more information.

Our hourly rate is @ £15/hour (all cleaning products supplied).

Example:
A 3 bed, 1 bath house, expected to take the 2 cleaners 5 hours, plus .5 hour travel, would come to £165 + vat.
But if the house is extremely dirty and it takes the cleaners 8 hours, plus travel, then this would come to £255 + vat.
